TheSpringShop have a liberal Refund and cancellation policy because we believe in helping our customers as much as possible. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy

We will consider cancellations only if the customer requests it immediately after placing the order or before we process the order. However, we may not entertain the cancellation request if we have already shipped the order.

If you feel that the received product is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must inform our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate decision.

Returns & Refund Policy

TheSpringShop offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. Please note that the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of shipping the product back to us.

We will only consider the request if you provide an opening video of the received package.

In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you the refund as informed by our customer service executive.

The Returns policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

If you have any complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to them.

If TheSpringShop approves any refunds, we will process the refund to the end customer within 9-15 days.
