Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and the packed order will be handed over to the registered domestic courier companies and/or India post only. Orders will be shipped within 5-10 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier company or post office norms. TheSpringShop is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 business days from the date of order and payment.

Orders are not processed or shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment to addresses

International Shipping

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Damages

TheSpringShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
